Closing date for receipt of entries and entry fees is November 18th. There are several ways to complete an entry form (Please use one entry form for each day of competition.). Your options are:

(1) Download and complete an entry form in pdf format, then mail the entry form with entry fees to:

(2)Download and complete an entry form in Pdf format. Attach the completed form to an email and send to:

TIP: An alternative to Adobe Acrobat Reader is PDF-Exchange Viewer. PDF-Exchange Viewer will allow you to fill in pdf files using a "typewriter function". It will also allow you to SAVE the filled in form. PDF-Exchange is a free program available at http://www.docu-track.com/downloads/users/

(2) Complete the online entry form, and pay  using  img2.gif . PayPal can arrange payment using a personal check or credit card.

 



Event catalogs will be available for purchase at the event at a cost of $10.00. We are offering a special discounted price of $5.00 for prepaid catalogs.


A FREE catalog will be provided to any person advertising in the catalog, or who makes a trophy donation of $50.00 or more.


Prepaid and free catalogs will be available for pick-up at the event.


The cost of advertising in the Catalog will be:

Full page (8 x 10) in black and white $25

Full page (8 x 10) in color $50

Half page (5 x 8) in black and white $18

Half page (5 x 8) in color $30
